Are returns/exchanges accepted?
All items are handmade and sold AS-IS. If an item becomes damaged within a week after delivery date, i.e., vinyl begins to peel, glitter flakes off, etc. I will attempt to repair it. If it cannot be repaired, it may be able to be replaced on a case-by-case basis. Items that have been washed, damaged or worn are not eligible for replacement review. Because each item is made to order, there are no refunds or returns. If there is an issue with your item within 3 days from the delivery date, please submit a claim through our online contact us form.
How long will it take to ship?
Orders will ship within 3-5 business days after receiving your order. Orders will ship via USPS Priority Flat Rate mail. Depending on the size and complexity of your order, it may take extra time to create and ship. If your order requires more time, you will be contacted via email with an updated shipping date. Same day shipping is unavailable. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
When is payment due for custom & wholesale orders?
All invoices must be paid in full after design has been finalized. Production will not begin until the invoice has been paid in full.
How do I care for my T-shirt?

Wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, do not iron directly on the design.
